Malmquist Homes Contracting (MHC) is run by Brian Malmquist owner and general contractor. Brian is also a practicing Realtor with Compass Real Estate. He has been working with his crew of subcontractors for years and saw an opportunity to add a level of service to his real estate clients that was not offered by other brokers. Those services have grown into its own contracting company MHC. Residential architecture and design has always been a passion of Brian’s and this allows him to share his knowledge and expertise with his clients.

Customer service is a cornerstone of MHC. We believe that the quality of the physical work needs to be mirrored in the service and accessibility of the contractors. MHC strives to keep all its clients informed and welcomes the accountability that creates. Along with the management of our clients project’s from start to finish, MHC offers an array of services that is not limited to: bathroom/kitchen remodel, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, electrical work, plumbing, etc.
